This is the Microchip ICD2 programmer / debugger set. The set consists of the ICD2 itself, an USB cable, a target connection cable (RJ45), a users guide and a CD with software.
Not included: serial cable, power supply. A serial cable is (only) needed when you want to use the ICD2 with a serial port. A power supply is (only) needed when you want to use the ICD2 with a serial port, or use the ICD2 to supply power to the target circuit.
