This is a complete build-it-yourself Wisp648 programmer kit: PCB, connectors D9F, D15M, D15F+hood, all components including a programmed 16F648A. Note that Wisp648 is an in-circuit programmer, so there is no socket for the target chip. More information can be found on the Wisp648 page webpage.
The kit is shipped with the version 1.06 PCB, which does not exhibit the bug mentioned in the manual for the v 1.05 PCB.
