This laser diode module emits a small beam of red light. The focus can not be adjusted. It is designed for 5V operation, but will work OK from 4.5 (3 batteries). Red wire = positive, black wire = negative. I have no manufacturer data, and I do not know whether this module has been used or what the remaining life time will be. My supplier does not state the output power. Be careful with this item!
