This is quadrature rotary encoder with push-switch for either frontpanel or PCB mounting. A full turn is 24 steps. The steps give a good tactile feedback. Pushing the axis closes the switch at the back of the encoder.
A mactching knob is KNOB-01, KNOB-03-G-R, KNOB-03-G-B, KNOB-04-B-B, KNOB-06.
