This is an EEPROM for use with the IC-FT245BM-SMD USB interface chip. A DIP version is also available: EE-93C46B-DIP.
This chip is in a SOIC case, *not* in DIP.
The PCB-01 can be used to use this chip in a DIP socket, breadboard, etc.
