This the Philips LPC2106 ARM processor. This chip has 128Kb Flash, 64Kb RAM, an RTC, 2 UARTs, I2C, SPI, 2 32bit timers, 7 CCRs, 6 PWM, WDT, 5V tolerant I/O.
The PCB-06 can be used to use this chip in a DIP socket, breadboard, etc.
