This is a 52 x 26 mm solar cell. No wires, but it is easy to solder wires to the pre-tinned contact areas on the front (-) and back (+). Output should be 0.5V open circuit and 1000 mA short-circuit, but that is probably not realistic in Dutch wheather conditions. The panel can have small imperfections and chips, but this doesn't affect its performance.
