This is a Faulhaber "1624 012S" 12V DC motor with an "16/3K" 1:141 gearbox. The motor shaft (before the gear) has a quadrature encoder, similar to the "30 B" encoder that is linked above. You get 1410 impulses (on each channel) per rotation of the external shaft! At 12V DC the motor uses 10 mA unloaded. The DC resistance is 24 Ohm. Weight is 54 gram, diameter is 16 mm, the length without shaft and cable is 53 mm. The pinout of the connector is as shown in the encoder datasheet.
