This is a very small small (9 x 9 x 5 mm) "sound generator". It is intended to produc a loud beep, but considering its small size it does a fairly good job as loudpeaker.
The DC resistance is 11 Ohm, measured between the two metal tabs on both sides of the two small holes at the back. The other two tabs are not connected.
I do not have the documentation for this exact product, but extrapolating from similar products (see documentation link) I would guess it is designed to operate at 2.0V, and that the rated average current is 80 mA. For 5V operation I would use a 47 Ohm series resistor to be safe when 100% duty cycle might be used, 18 Ohm when at most 50% duty cycle is used.
