This is a 6-bit bi-direction auto-direction level translator. The chip can use 1.2 V to 3.6 V on A Port and 1.65 to 5.5 V on port B ( A < B ). The chip auto-senses the signal directions. Typical use is as level translator between a 5V circuit to a 3.3V circuit.
The PCB-03 is meant for a 20-pin chips, but ignoring 4 pads it can be used to use this chip in a DIP socket, breadboard, etc.
