MOC3023 triac driver (DIP-6)

This is an optically isolated triac driver chip. This chip has no zero-crossing circuit, so it canb be used for phase-control dimming.

I do not sell a suitable DIP socket, but you could cut a piece from a CON-CUP32 or take a larger socket (DIP-08-L-(5), DIP-08-Q-(5)) and cut it to length, or use only a part of it.

DIP-ZIF28 is a ZIF socket that could be used with this chip.

This is a generic component, which means that the component you buy can be from any manufacturer that produces this component. There can be small variations is the exact specifications.
