This is a 12-channel 8-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC).
I do not sell a suitable DIP socket, but you could cut a piece from a CON-CUP32 or take a larger socket (DIP-28-L-(5), DIP-28-Q) and cut it to length, or use only a part of it.
DIP-ZIF28 is a ZIF socket that could be used with this chip.
