This is a DB014 PCB, without components.
You can use this PCB to connect wiring of your choice, using the solder pads. You will likely need one of CON-ML10-(10) for the DwarbBus side. A strip of CON-CUP32 could be used to connect wires in a temporary "solderless breadboard" style.
This PCB is not available pre-build or as part of kit.
