This the NXP LPC1114 Cortex M0 microcontroller. This chip has 32 Kb Flash, 8 Kb RAM, UART, I2C, SPI, 32bit timers, etc.
The PCB-06 can be used to use this chip in a DIP socket, breadboard, etc.
