This is a header board with a Philips LPC2214 ARM processor. This chip has 256Kb Flash, 16Kb RAM, an RTC, 2 UARTs, I2C, SPI, 2 x 32bit timers, 7 CCRs, 6 PWM, WDT, 5V tolerant I/O. With the 14.7456 MHz crystal it can run (from its RAM) at up to 58.9824 MHz. The chip has an external memory bus. On this bus 1Mb RAM and 1Mb FLASH are available. The board has a connector for a Wiggler-compatible JTAG interface. The board has an UBS-to-serial converter. It takes its power only from the USB connector. The I/O pins of the ARM chip, power pins, etc. are available on pins.
The ARM-H2294 is comparable but has 4 CAN interfaces on the chip.
